Qualifications we seek in you:
- Excellent English communication is must
- Documentation and creating knowledge articles

- Educational Qualification is Bachelor’s Degree (BCA/B.Sc) in technical field

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communications, etc.)

- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Jira or other bug management tools
- Ability to work with hardware and software engineering on problem resolution
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, networking or similar technologies is a plus
